Who is Jackeline Tovar
Jackeline Tovar is a devoted follower of Christ, speaker, counselor, and ministry leader with a passion for sharing God’s Word and bringing healing to women. Born in El Salvador, she had her life transformed at 19 through a powerful encounter with Jesus, setting her on a path of faith, service, and purpose.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling from The Master’s University and a master’s degree in Human Services Counseling
from Liberty University. Jackeline is also a certified Wellness Coach with training in grief, loss, and family support.
Jackeline is the founder of Mujeres Conquistadoras and Embraced in His Arms, ministries dedicated to encouraging and restoring women through biblical truth. Through her teaching, counseling, and personal testimony—including her journey through pregnancy loss—she brings a message of hope, healing, and God’s unfailing love. She has been married to her husband, Ruben, for 27 years, and together they have a son, Josue.
Jackeline’s heart is to see lives transformed through the reading of Scripture and women arise in their God-given purpose.
